Plans and billing frequency
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis. The price, billing frequency, and included features for each plan are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase and on your subscription page in the dashboard.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. We notify you by email before a yearly renewal.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period so you keep the features you already paid for.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; monitoring then stops and no further charges are made.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, our payment processor retries it over several days and we email you. If all retries fail, the subscription is marked unpaid and monitoring features are paused until billing is fixed.
Coupons, referrals, and credits
Promotional codes, referral credits, and one-time offers apply as described at the time of redemption, may be limited to specific plans or new customers, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
Taxes and currency
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated at checkout based on your location and shown before you pay.
Receipts and invoices
A receipt is emailed for every successful charge, and your billing history is available in your dashboard.
