Any property owner, anywhere — homeowners, landlords, second-home and vacation-property owners, families of aging parents, expats, and trustees. If your name (or a family member's name) is on a deed, PropertyShield+ gives you an encrypted document vault, maintenance tracker, alerts, family shared access, and (where available) automated public-record deed monitoring.
Does PropertyShield+ work outside the United States?
Yes. The encrypted vault, maintenance tracker, homeowner alerts, notary-ready packet builder, and family/trustee shared access work worldwide — no matter where the property is. Automated public-record monitoring is available for supported U.S. counties, and availability, detail, and timing vary by jurisdiction and record source. If your county or country isn't supported yet, everything else in your plan still works and we'll email you if automated monitoring becomes available for your area.
Which countries and regions does PropertyShield+ support?
Public-record monitoring covers U.S. properties only. Availability depends on whether records for your county can be accessed, and we confirm this for your address before monitoring begins. Outside the U.S., the document vault, maintenance tracker and reminders are available, but record monitoring is not. Email info@propertyshieldplus.com to request priority for your country.
How do I verify PropertyShield+ can monitor my specific address?
Enter your address during onboarding and we check it against the record sources available for that area. If we can match it, monitoring is set up for that property. No match yet → you'll see a 'Monitoring pending' notice; we don't charge for the monitoring portion until it's live, we queue the address for review within one business day, and we email you if and when coverage becomes available. Is PropertyShield+ title insurance?
No. PropertyShield+ is a property monitoring and organization service. We are not an insurance company, title insurer, law firm, or government agency. We do not guarantee fraud prevention, detection, or recovery.
How often are records checked?
Check cadence depends on your plan — weekly on Starter, daily on Plus, and priority checks on Premium. Actual alert timing also depends on when the county or jurisdiction publishes the record, which varies and can be delayed.
What if you detect a suspicious filing?
You'll receive an alert with a step-by-step response guide, including which local recording offices, government agencies, and legal contacts to reach out to for your jurisdiction.
Can I monitor more than one home?
Yes. Plus supports up to 3 properties; Premium supports up to 10 — ideal for landlords, investors, and multi-property or international owners.
What documents can I store?
