PropertyShield+ is a property monitoring and document organization service. We are not an insurance company, title insurer, law firm, real estate brokerage, credit bureau, consumer reporting agency, or government agency. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, real estate, or insurance advice.
No guarantee of fraud prevention
Monitoring helps you detect public-record activity related to your property faster, but it cannot prevent fraud, guarantee detection, or recover losses. Always act on alerts promptly and consult qualified professionals (attorney, title company, law enforcement) for material concerns.
Data sources and accuracy
Property data is sourced from third-party public-record providers (including, where applicable, county recorders, assessor offices, and aggregation providers such as ATTOM). Coverage, timeliness, and accuracy vary by jurisdiction. Records may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect.
Testimonials and reviews
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Star ratings shown on-site are aggregated from verified customer reviews submitted through the Services and moderated against our review policy. Some reviews may have been edited for length or clarity.
Advertising and tracking
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar measurement tools to evaluate the performance of our advertising. These tools may set cookies and share limited event data (such as page views, lead submissions, and purchases) with the relevant ad platform. You can manage tracking via your browser and ad-platform preferences.
Affiliate and referral program
We operate a referral program in which existing customers and partners may earn credits or commissions when new customers subscribe through their referral link. Referral credits, payouts, and clawbacks are governed by program rules and may be reversed in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or refunds.
Pricing, billing, and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence stated at checkout. Annual plans receive a posted discount. Taxes may be added where applicable. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
Notary and document tools
Our notary packet and document tools generate informational PDFs to help you organize materials. They do not constitute notarization, recording, or filing of any document. Filing requirements vary by jurisdiction.
